Gas exports from Libya to Italy have resumed. According to reports from the state-run firm NOC flows were halted due to a technical issue.

The state-run firm’s statement said that the exports to Italy were halted on December 17 due to an outage in supplies of gas in a feeder pipeline running from the offshore Sabratha platform to the Mellitah complex.

NOC said that flows resumed to normal levels after four hours.
