Oil is once again flowing to the Sidra export terminal after the National Oil Corporation (NOC) repaired a damaged pipeline, which will ultimately restore up to 100,000 bpd of overseas crude sales.

The Zaggut to Sidra pipeline was blown up, it is widely believed by terrorists, last Tuesday at a point 15o km south of Sidra, near Marada.

At the time there were estimates that the line, which is operated by Waha Oil, could take up to ten days to fix.

However, NOC said today that crude began to move through the repaired section last night.  The full flow would return over a period of days.
