Introduction:
- The warehouse located in Al Giran – Tripoli.
- The distance from Tripoli tower to Dema warehouse is 16.4 Km.
- The distance from Tripoli port to Dema warehouse is 19 Km.
- The warehouse is situated inside a farm that has a private entrance and paving road until the warehouse front yard and it has its own reserved entry.
- The size of the yard approximately 4,500 Sqm with surrounded by a wall inside a farm.
- This yard contains two huge Steel structure warehouses, the first is 1,000 Sqm (L 50 x W 20) and the second is 800 Sqm (L 40 x W 20) as shown in the warehouse design floor plan No 1.
Dema International warehouse is conveniently located near palm city compound with easy access to the Al Saraj and Al Giran road that provide smooth and quick cross to the highway. Our facility is highly secure and restricted access. Our warehouse offers a clean and compliant environment for safe and hassle-free storage of your goods, with quick turnaround capabilities and all required services 7 days a week.

- Supply and installation of petrol station for Diesel and Gasoline , 40,000 Littre tanks to be build and installed underground.
- Supply and installation of CCTV units – 10 Full HD Cams / Wireless connections.
- Supply and Installation of a new Alarm system for awareness.
- Supply Fire extinguisher (4) for the steel structure warehouse.
- Smoke Detectors installed in each warehouse.

- Electricity shall be paid by the END USER
- Offer Validity: 90 Days.
